About Our Company
Holistic Advisory Services Private Limited (HASPL) was formed by Mr. Ajay Agarwal and Mr. Sandeep Khaitan, both Practicing Chartered Accountants since 1996. The Government of India announced the special package of incentives for industries in the NER in 1997 (which became operational in 1998) when Mr. Agarwal and Mr. Khaitan started their Guwahati office as Partners of one the Oldest CA Firms of the country, to cater to their clients in the north eastern region (NER). Soon, to cater to the project's financial and technical requirements, an associate concern HASPL or Holistic Advisors was formed with both Mr. Khaitan and Mr. Agarwal as its directors.
Holistic Advisors has qualified professionals and it has earned a good reputation amongst the bankers, financial institutions and government departments. To meet the growth, diversification and challenge faced by its clients, the Company have a highly competent group of management team each specializing in a particular field or sector. Over the years, the team has developed expertise and has carved a niche for themselves. Holistic Advisors takes pride in partnering up with its clients and effectively assuming their problems and challenges as its own. As a result, the Company is readily available at all times to provide timely service. Mr. Ajay Agarwal
Co-founder
Mr. Ajay Agarwal has over 25 years of experience in project work, bank finance / debt syndication and auditing. Mr. Agarwal formed the CA Firm, Khaitan Agarwal & Co in 2009 and prior to that he was partner in M/s Singhi & Co (Chartered Accountants) from 1998. Mr. Agarwal has been looking after audits, new projects, TEV study, debt syndication, income tax, etc. He specialises in iron & steel industry, cement, hospitality, education, health care, food processing and various other industries / sectors. He has been closely associated with Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Assam Chapter and was the founder Chairman of Young Indians (Yi), a youth wing of CII, for the Guwahati Chapter in 2009-10. During his tenor, Yi in association with an NGO, Snehalaya, had developed a project called Deep Jyoti — a non-formal bridge school for underprivileged children. He was also part of the "Resource / Expert Person" in NEDFi's Business Counselling Camp which was held at Tezpur on 10-Oct-2012.
Mr. Sandeep Khaitan
Co-founder
Mr. Sandeep Khaitan has over 25 years of experience in project work, bank finance / debt syndication and auditing. He is an Insolvency professional and is a partner of Singhi & Co, Chartered Accountants. Mr. Khaitan has been looking after resolution and insolvency matters, new projects, TEV study, debt syndication, etc. He specialises in iron & steel industry, cement, hospitality, education, health care, food processing and various other industries / sectors. He has been closely associated with the Federation of Industries and Commerce of North Eastern Region (FINER) and has been its Treasurer since 2003. During his tenor as the treasurer, he has authored the FINERs study on Banking in the North East - True story, which was unveiled by the then SBI, Chairman, Mr. O.P. Bhatt. He is also associated with Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Assam Chapter.
